Chess Tactics Server
A free server, just sign up and get a password. Tactics are timed, so the puzzles are good for blitz training, or to speed up your vision, but not good practice for deep analysis.
Chess Tempo
This is also a free server, but with an optional paid subscription. The free version is at least as good as the Chess Tactics Server. Tactics are timed, but there is no penalty for a "long think". I prefer this site because it encourages better analysis vs. quick answers.
